You are required to get an understanding of our terms and conditions before making a purchase at Golds4you. This is a legal agreement between you (the customer) and Golds4you (Golds4you.eu). By clicking accept or purchasing any service offered on this website, you are agreeing to all our terms. If you do no wish to accept this agreement, please do not purchase any services.

You may not use anything from Golds4you.eu such as text, logos, backgrounds, graphics, button icons, images, downloads, audio or video, data compilations and clips. Golds4you.eu is protected by international copyright treaties and conventions, and other laws. All rights are reserved. You cannot use anything from golds4you.eu without proper written consent from golds4you.eu.

2. Payments

Payments are accepted via Paypal, credit cards and must be made prior to the reservation of a timeslot for the boost.

Customer agrees that he pays for service inside World of Warcraft virtual game and that after service (boost) is completed chargeback will not occur from the customer side.

The customer is making this payment on his own hand with a guarantee for an authorized transaction by his side.

Due to frequent and increasing fraudulent activities experienced in this business, Golds4you.eu does not authorize credit card accounts and/or paypal accounts with unverified addresses and/or unconfirmed telephone numbers. Please be sure that when entering your personal information you double check all information and confirm it is current and accurate before submitting it. All unconfirmed/unverified purchases will be cancelled upon discovery, thus delaying the efficiency of the purchase/transaction. 3. Account Verification

When ordering any service at Golds4you (Golds4you.eu), you, the customer, may be required to supply additional information. This may include a valid home phone number, faxed state id/driver's license, and additional emails.

Due to the increase of fraudulent activities experienced in the virtual sales business, we do not authorize credit card accounts and/or paypal accounts with an unverified address or unconfirmed phone number. Please be sure that while entering your information, double check everything that you are going to send your order or us will be canceled.

4. Refund Policy

Full refunds will be granted upon request if the boost is unable to be completed from our side. Also, we will refund 100% of the money in case of exceptionally long waiting time. If the customer wishes to cancel a boost, a full refund will only be granted if there are at least twenty-four hours between the time of cancellation and the scheduled start time of the boost. Refunds not included in the above are at the sole discretion of the company Golds4you. The refund won't happen if the customer won't collaborate and respect the terms of the service, or if for example he doesn't need the service anymore even if we have started the service or if it is about to start.

Although you are safe using our service, customers must know that by ordering our services that include ACCOUNT SHARING, you understand that you are breaking your Terms of Service with Blizzard Entertainment and thus may be subject to account bans. In the case that your account is banned, we cannot be held liable or issue a refund if there is no evidence of our booster causing the ban. While we take every precaution to protect your account from this, Blizzard will track IP addresses and utilize other tools like Warden to detect boosting services.
